WWE Wrestlemania 34

WrestleMania 34 was the thirty-fourth annual WrestleMania professional wrestling pay-per-view event and WWE Network event produced by WWE for their Raw and SmackDown brands. It took place on April 8, 2018, at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana. The card comprised fourteen matches, including three on the pre-show. In the main event, Brock Lesnar retained the Universal Championship against Roman Reigns. In another main event match, AJ Styles retained the WWE Championship against Shinsuke Nakamura. Other matches saw Ronda Rousey make her WWE debut and Daniel Bryan return to the ring after nearly three years of absence. Ronda Rousey teamed with Kurt Angle to defeat Triple H and Stephanie McMahon in a mixed tag team match, while Daniel Bryan teamed with Shane McMahon to defeat Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn. Also, The Undertaker defeated John Cena in an impromptu match. Charlotte Flair retained the SmackDown Women's Championship against Asuka, ending Asuka's undefeated streak. A 10-year-old fan became the youngest WWE champion in history when he teamed with Braun Strowman to defeat Cesaro and Sheamus for the Raw Tag Team Championship. It was also the first time that the SmackDown Tag Team Championship was defended at WrestleMania.

WWE SummerSlam 2014

SummerSlam (2014) was a professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event produced by WWE. It took place on August 17, 2014 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California. It was the twenty-seventh annual SummerSlam, and the sixth consecutive one held at the Staples Center. Its pay-per-view promotional poster was the first to incorporate the new WWE logo. Eight professional wrestling matches were scheduled on the event's main card and one match took place on the pre-show, which was streamed on the WWE Network. The main event saw Brock Lesnar defeat John Cena to become a four-time WWE World Heavyweight Champion. This was the only SummerSlam event where all titles contested changed hands.

WWE Payback 2014

WWE Payback 2014 was a professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event produced by WWE. It took place on June 1, 2014 at the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Illinois. It was the second event under the Payback chronology, with the event having originated in 2013. Nine matches (including the pre-show) took place at the event. There were two main events. The first main event saw John Cena defeat Bray Wyatt in a Last Man Standing Match to culminate the feud. The second main event and last match of the night saw The Shield (Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose) defeat Evolution (Triple H, Randy Orton and Batista) in a No Holds Barred six-man tag team elimination match. It was the first event since TLC: Tables, Ladders & Chairs (2013) that the WWE World Heavyweight Championship was not defended. Current champion Daniel Bryan, however, was present at the event, despite having neck surgery and was coaxed by Stephanie McMahon to surrender his title or his wife Brie Bella would be fired.
